Work experience

Christian Imfeld has been working in MedTech for over 30 years. He began his career in quality management, later serving as an audit manager, product manager and senior executive at companies such as SGS and Disetronic Medical Systems.

Since 2001, he has been an entrepreneur and consultant, supporting over 100 companies – including numerous start-ups – in MedTech and the healthcare industry. Since 2026, he has been a partner, member of the executive board and Senior Consultant at inmedis AG.

He has implemented or further developed numerous organisational structures, processes and management systems, and has conducted hundreds of audits. His areas of expertise include organisational development, quality management, due diligence, auditing and executive coaching.
